Question about roti

Wiley | Apr 17, 2008 03:56 PM

I understand there's a difference between East and West Indian rotis, also regional differences between ,say, Trinidadian and Jamaican, but is anyone familiar with the type I had at Lemon Grass resto at Leslie and 16th? The dough was fluffy, almost crispy in spots, all kinda piled up on the plate, and came separate from the meat&potato in sauce. Is this a Hong Kong style roti or just this restaurant's interpretation? It was delicious, by the way!
