I'm thinking perhaps I wasn't clear enough in my original post -- see http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/1005804 -- and for that I apologize. I didn't do a good job of explaining what I was looking for . . .
I want to try places which are new (or at least new to us). As we visit New Orleans 1x-2x a year, we've been to "all the usual suspects," and so we are making a concerted effort to expand our horizons. So, from among the list below, are there any restaurant that we should delete? any we should add?

Dinners can be anywhere in the city. In terms of the two open lunch dates, the Thursday lunch *must* be in the Quarter, and relatively quick -- we have an hour for lunch during the conference; we've often grabbed a bite a Pimm's at Napoleon House before heading back to the Royal Sonesta. The other is a late lunch on a Saturday.
