Is there any way to feasibly do dinner and drinks at Toscsa within an hour?

I have 8-pm reservations for 01/16 that I just modified to 6:30-pm.

We're catching an 8pm play (Satchmo at the Waldorf) at The American Conservatory Theater on Geary.

My question: is it possible to enjoy a rushed dinner at Tosca at 6:30 pm (1hr max) and still make it to the theater for 7:45-ish via Uber or do I need to start rethinking the dinner portion of the evening?

I've not been to Tosca for a sit-down meal since they began offering it, so I'm unsure of whether the kitchen would be able to accommodate our timeline. If there's no chance, I suppose we'll likely end up at John's Grill, so that we can walk over to the theater (5 min) right after.
