Question about chickens at this area's Costco locations

greygarious | Jun 5, 2015 12:51 PM

A while back, on one of the Costco threads, it was mentioned that they use the breasts of some of their rotisseried chickens for making the salad, soup, and pot pies, and sell the carcasses (can't recall if that included the legs)cheaply. I asked at the meat counter in the Nashua store, but they do not do this. Does anyone know if any of the other locations within an hour of Boston DOES?
