Next question -- where to buy cheese in Phoenix

So far I've been to AJ's in Arrowhead, Whole Foods in Paradise Valley, and of course TJ's, but haven't been all that impressed with the cheese selection anywhere(although I was pleased to find Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam at Whole Foods). So, where can I find a good variety of interesting cheeses?

Thanks to all who gave suggestions about coffee beans. I did go to Lux and had a wonderful lunch at Pane Bianco. The Lux coffee beans are good although I prefer a darker roast. I haven't yet made it to all the other suggested places but will eventually get around. I did visit Lee Lee market but didn't find any fresh roasted coffee beans. The place is so big that I must have missed them.
