Question about bread (what else).....can you help, adamclyde?

I'm looking for a recipe of the artisan variety, I suppose. I'd like to do something crusty. Perhaps with rosemary and olives. And with those light airy holes you have mentioned. Tips and pointers on technique is much appreciated. I have a stand mixer, if that helps.
