question about balsamic reduction

I have been asked to bring some small apps/finger foods to a party. The problem is that it will need to be made two days in advance. One thing I thought would be good and easy is to simply wrap some fresh figs with prosciutto and drizzle with a thick balsamic reduction. Will the reduction still 'work' after two days.
