Yes i know there have been posts about this in the past but the restaurant business is extremely dynamic so it really felt like I needed a new post about the subject. My father just recently went to Juarez and said the best mexican dish he's ever eaten was quesadillas de huitlacoche. I already knew that it was corn fungus essentially but I have never eaten because I have not had the opportunity. Now I'm dead set on eating the delicacy, preferably 100% authentic. I have been directed to a few places that I am unable to find on google map so I wonder if these are no longer in business, especially given the fact that I was reading a post from 7 years ago. If anyone can help me at all then I would be very grateful. This restaurant can be anywhere in DFW, it does not matter to me because i'm already driving from Hillsboro.
