I went with my girlfriend to Queen's Cafe on Thursday night, it is sort of a funny place. The two women working were very friendly, the main woman in charge suggested the coconut jello, which was very good. She said it was homemade. We went at 7:30 (they are open till 8 PM) so by the time we got there they were out of almost every kind of pastry. The woman said she was still figuring out how many to get each day, so I guess they've been busy. I was disappointed that there are not many bubble tea options (no jasmine green tea, except in a teabag), and all the juices seem to be made using powder mix. I had a coffee/tea combination (which was interesting) with boba (good texture boba, I was impressed). They make the bubble tea smoothy things, which I don't like very much, they have them just around the corner at the Thai place.....what I really want is for Infusions to open up a branch in Somerville :) However, Queen's Cafe is good for now, hopefully they'll continue to do well.
