I asked something in another thread and got no response so will try again here. I've narrowed things down for our three nights from April 17-20: Le Moine Echanson, La Gueule De Bois and L'Affaire et Ketchup where I made a res for Sat. nite. Am tempted to wing it for Fri. and Sun. since we want to share many bites. We're staying at the hotel where Chez Boulay is located so maybe we'll stop in there plus I'm curious bout Le Lapin Saute (yes I know it's touristy but it looks good). If we go to La Gueule or LME late, will we get a seat? Is Le Cercle worth trying? Is the Frontenac the best for a fancy cocktail?

I'm also trying to find a happy hour, is HH only Mon-Fri? Any thoughts on these?

L'Atelier Tartares, Aviatic, Le Quai, Versa,

Thanks in advance.
