Wife and I are headed up for a long wknd at the end of January- Thurs-Mon. Staying at Auberge Saint-Pierre, have reservation for Friday at Laurie Raphael... where else should we be going? We would love some regional food, locals spots, casual or formal... where is the best foie gras, steak frites, tartare, poutine, other Quebec specialties... thinking of getting a drink at the Ice Hotel bar- is it worth it? Skiing at Le Massif and Monte Sainte Anne- any thing special to look out for at the ski areas or on the way to/from the ski areas?
