Quaint Twin Cities breakfast ideas?

chocolatemint | Jun 24, 201701:04 PM     3

Hello! On the hunt for beautiful, cheerful, charming and quaint places to eat breakfast. We live near the St. Croix River Valley, but willing to drive farther out for that special place. Would like to have a place that is more on the quiet side (we just don't like places that are really busy), reasonably-priced, and healthier and fresh selections (and not only pastries but full breakfasts, ham- and -egg kind of thing too) Do not want a greasy diner. Would love some outdoor seating but not a must. We had visited Birchwood Cafe and did enjoy the food, but it was way too busy and we didn't like the cafeteria-style crowded seating. Prefer a bit more privacy and not being packed in like sardines. Bonus if it has nice surroundings too- perhaps beautiful landscapes, etc. to add to a relaxing mood.

Would be interested in all suggestions, thank you so much!
