PUZZLER FROM DOWN UNDER

Hello everyone!
I just bought a vegetarian cookbook made in Australia, and several recipies call for "tatsy cheese".
I am assuming this is a term they use for a more common cheese type, as other recipies in the book that call for a different cheese specify, ie. "gorgonzola cheese" or "feta cheese".
Can anyone help with this?
