Re-purpose ground lamb kebabs

Seeking ideas to use up leftover ground lamb kebabs. They've been seasoned with chopped onions, mint, and parsley, cumin, and cinnamon then grilled. Pastitsio, and moussaka came to mind but I'd prefer to avoid dairy. The lamb was a course grind so it's quite "chewy". Thanks in advance.
