All-purpose flour substitute

I'm making Chicken Jardiniere and it calls for a couple of TBSP of all-purpose flour, I assume as a thickening agent. Does anyone have any ideas about a substitution? I have Sweet white sorghum flour, but that's it in the flour department. I also have some corn starch, but I'm not sure how that would work out with this dish.
