Help purchasing a yanagiba knife

elray181 | Jan 31, 201612:09 AM     2

I'm a sushi chef whose pretty much done rolls for a while but I am learning sashimi and nigiri and usually use the knives that are at work, but id like to purchase one now. I currently have a global santoku and a miyabi chef knife, although great knives for cutting the sushi they don't get the job done when it comes to sashimi or nigiri. I'm looking to purchase a yanagiba at least 9.5 inch, I'm not looking to pay more then $250 but might be a little flexible on Price depending on knife. I've only seen one and it's the shun pro, any opinions on it? My local store has it for $160 so nice price. Anything will help thank you
