It's early for many of you, but late for me! I am specifically looking for a recipe published in the Toronto Star a few years ago that included (I believe) black pepper, maple syrup and possibly orange juice or rind. But any complexly-spiced, slightly different recipes that I can play with would be appreciated.
By the way I made Candy's Sour Cream Apple Pie for our Canadian Thanksgiving dinner and it was a big hit. I used Spys and they really held their shape and tart flavour well. Thanks Candy!
