First of all I am not a baker. I can make basic cookies, cakes and pies. Well, I have to supply a snack for my sons preschool next Thursday and since I work full time wanted to make something tommorow (Sunday)that will keep and still be good by Thursday.
I saw a recipe in the Boston Globe for pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. They sound great but am not sure of the shelf life. Any bakers out there know? Or have any other good (somewhat healthy) snack ideas?
