My first pumpkin ice cream of the season and it was the best I've ever had. Being Sketch, they made it from scratch using local Kabocha squashes (the squash commonly labeled as canned "pumpkin.") It was delicious, not too sweet, tasted like a frozen pumpkin custard. As with all of Sketch's flavors, it tasted like the essence of the ingredient, nothing artificial or off tasting. Flavors change daily (and they run out) so call ahead for availability.
