The Pump: Energy Food

Ordered delivery from The Pump last night. I had my concerns about this place - for one, I hadn't heard of it, two, my not-as-chowish wife suggested it and three, I wasn't in the mood for "health" food. No offense to my lovely wife. But boy was I wrong. I ordered a "supercharged plate" called "The Baseball" - grilled chicken breast, cucumbers, tomatoes and onions baked with tahini served over spinach and brown rice and topped with honey mustard dressing. Wow! Actually very good. It was filling and satisfied my hunger, but not overly filling. My wife, who apparently orders from here for lunch quite a bit (the secret life of my wife revealed) ordered the Dynamite Pita Sandwich (chicken breast w/grilled tomatoes, onions, peppers and a little low-sodium tomato sauce wrapped in whole wheat pita with a bit of hummus - minus the peppers). This too was very good, but I preferred what I ordered. If you are sick of greasy or "heavy" take out...I'd give this place a shot. (they have a couple of different locations).
