I cooked some country ribs overnight and they are ready to go into the freezer for future meals.
I will use the skimmed juice to make a verde sauce, but also wanted to try some pulled pork.
Anyone have an easy PP seasoning recipe?
I have some bottled sauce I can use: Bronco Bob's Smoked Bacon Chipotle BBq sauce, some TJ's Hickory Maple BBQ sauce and some KC Masterpiece. I don't use them very much when I grill, so would like to use them up, but I won't use them if PP fans think they wouldn't be apppropriate.
I'm not fond of vinegary sauces, nor ones that are very sweet, which is why I don't use the bottled sauces very often. Maybe I should cut the sweet sauce with a little vinegar?
