Looking for a pulled pork burrito filling. The kind you get from taco/burrito stands in So. Calif.
I have not had it in years but, the way I remember it was a large pot filled with peppers, onions, pork and, spices. The sauce/liquid was not thick. The taste was amazing.
They would take a flour burrito shell, spread a layer of refried beans, cheese and, add the pork filling. Wrap it up and you were good to go.
Does anyone know how to make this the way they do down there in So. Calf.?
