I was glad to see that William's Somoma was selling Dufour Puff Pastry...until I saw the price!
One 14"x11" sheet is $42.50 plus shipping. Can any puff pastry be worth $50 for one sheet?
Does anyone know where an affordable and good puff pastry is sold? (Yes, I am aware of Pepperidge Farm's sold in markets.) Has anyone tried approaching an excellent bakery in their area to ask if they would sell their uncooked puff pastry?
