Hi all. I am planning to make some of those puff pastry twists for a shindig. The thing is, I also signed on to make a couple of cakes, so I don't want to be scrambling around making those twists and cakes all at the last minute.
Does anyone have any ingenious tips? Can the twists be prebaked and frozen, or is that an awful idea? How about just forming the twists and freezing them and then baking them the day before?
