Pueblo Colorado's best

Ranchman | Apr 23, 200506:37 PM

I am a hobby chef and have chowhounded all over the country. So I believe I know good food. In Pueblo I recommend highly..."Cafe Bimbach" at 3rd and Main st. It is a soup and snadwich place. The food is very well done and they bake there own bread and pastries. Next I recommend "Tony's Chop House" on north Elizabeth. It is a full service restaurant. They really pay attention to their dishes. It is competitive with anyplace I've ever eaten in any big city...such as Chicago, New York, or Washington.
