So I'm dying for some homemade broccoli cheddar soup! And I usually buy a tub of whipped chedder cheese from trader joes for it. It melts so much better in the soup then shredded and doesn't get as stringy when cooled down. Anyways, with all the craziness I haven't been able to make it to my local TJ and was wondering if anyone knows where else it can be purchased. I think it's called pub cheese? But the other types I have seen usually have other stuff to it, where is this is just chedder cheese that's whipped.
