What to do with Pseudo 'Ceviche'?

A couple weeks ago, I had the most delicious shrimp and crab 'ceviche' at a friend's house. I tried to recreate it at home, but I just don't think I got the seasoning right. Salty yet bland. It's not so bad, but I have to eat it on top of bread or with tortilla chips. I made over a pound of it and I'd hate to have to throw it all out. Any ideas?

It has bay shrimp and crab mixed with tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, jalepenos, lime juice, salt and a little garlic that I added in hopes of making it more like a salsa...

Help please?
