Providence w/well-behaved 3year old

Greetings from a Boston 'hound. We'll be picking up my folks from the Providence airport this SAturday and we're hoping to have a nice early dinner in Providence proper. We are all adventurous eaters but prefer Italian, Asian of any kind, or Central American of any kind. Doesn't have to be fancy at all. The big question is, where can we go where we won't be given the evil eye with our daughter? She isn't perfect, but tends to behave very well in restaurants and will be happy with a nice bowl of beans or soup or noodles.

I've scanned a few recent messages and have come up with a list: Angelos, Sun and Moon Korean, Julian's, Nick's, Garden Grill, Red Fez, Mediterraneo, L'Epicureo, Zooma, Neath's.

Can anyone point us in the right direction? Also, a place which takes reservations (and honors them fairly promptly) is greatly appreciated. Three year olds hate to wait!
