We're planning a trip to Paris and Provence at the end of May. I already have some bistros scoped out for Paris, but don't have much to go on for Provence. We will be staying near Seguret and Vaison-la-Romaine. I'm looking for really good basic French food -- not fancy places. I'm intrigued by some of the places Peter Mayle describes in his books, but I think they are closer to the Luberon.
