Went to lunch with a vegetarian law clerk today at Nooshi (used to be oodles noodles). I told her I though that Nori (the seaweed used in sushi) was a good source of protein, but couldn't remember where I'd heard that. Did I make it up? Does anyone have a source? I also brought up that I'd heard that quinoa (the grain) was a good source of protein. Same questions.
