Does anyone know where you can buy prosciuttini (Italian Pepper Ham) in Phoenix? Not prosciutto, prosciuttini looks like Polish Ham covered in black pepper. It's also cured like salami, not smoked. Safeway and Albertsons used to carry it, both Boars Head and Dietz & Watson make it, but no store in the area carries. Jersey Mike's uses it in some of their sandwiches. You can't make a proper Hoagie without it. Anyone?
