Got the fried shrimp po’ boy [$9] and the large jambalaya with shrimp [$14] to go for 2. We got the po’ boy to share and it’s about 8 inches with big juicy nicely seasoned shrimp – wish I’d gotten my own whole one. The jambalaya was drier than I like and could have used a bit more seasoning but it was still pretty good and there was a lot of it with some nice spicy sausage, ham, chicken and shrimp. Next time I’m going for the red beans and rice with hot sausage and another fried shrimp po’ boy. And they have something called a jambalaya po’ boy that has all the meats in jambalaya stuffed into the french roll – gotta try that too! It’s a really small place but there’s lots of parking for getting a quick take out.
