I had tried the Belgian profiteroles from Trader Joe's but it left me craving for the dessert I was served in Paris, where these creampuffs were stuffed with vanilla ice cream and drenched in chocolate! Is there any restaurant in LA/OC that serves it this way or similar? The former [thawed dessert-from-a-box] felt chewy, and tasted like it needed butter. :(
