I'm not sure about this recipe that I got from a friend. It's her deceased mother's recipe. I don't know if you'll be able to read the ingredients in the picture, but now that I've got it mixed up, it seems like such little batter to the amount of apples (I used Honey Crisp). And I assume the apples will provide the needed moisture which seems lacking too. Apparently the recipe works for my friend since she makes it every year, but I'm not even sure how to spread it in a bundt pan. Wondering if I should add anything to it or just give it a shot as is. (I AM tempted to add 1T of cinnamon for more flavor.) Would you try it in a different pan?
