I made these apple square and they were delicious. The only issue I have is with the bottom crust. I plan to use this on a buffet table and even though it tasted great the bottom didn't hold together well. I don't want it falling apart as a guest reaches for one. This is the recipe:
The crust recipe is as follows:
3 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1/3 cup(s) granulated sugar
3/4 cup(s) (1 1/2 sticks) cold butter or margarine
Would adding more margarine or butter be the answer?
