Although I'm familiar with other ethnic foods, I've somehow missed the boat on Korean food. The posts I read usually have the names of the dishes in Korean, and thus I don't understand what's in them. Would someone be kind and patient enough to describe the more common (pedestrian?) dishes in English, please? Nothing too offbeat please (think entrails, liver, strong fish, game, raw quail eggs, etc.) We do love mild fish, all shellfish, chicken, beef and lamb, and all veggies. We also love hot and spicy.
