I'm slow roasting prime rib for the first time tomorrow. 200 degrees for 4 or 5 hours (this recipe: http://www.chow.com/recipes/30234-slo...) Are my potatoes going to bake at 200 degrees? Do I put them in the same time as the prime rib?
