We are on a mission to have the best Prime Rib in the state, no problem....HOWEVER....this must not be your ordinary tender, blob of TASTELESS beef that so many restaurants serve,.....this must have that distinct beefy, prime rib flavor,... the last time I had a great Rib was at an upscale hotel in Spring Lake 4 tears ago at a wedding.
