Got ta, got ta, got ta... ...
Try a little tenderness !
be able to find some
*really* excellent Prime lamb, especially
(or Beef) for sale / retail.
Like the heavy Colorado rack they has a long while back @ Campania
whose owner swore that even They could only get ahold of those great ribs periodically
(may be using something less exotic now as its always on the menu)
Or simply a seriously buttery kick ass NY strip/ T-bone of G-23, A & L
( even Cap Grill caliber )
I'm not buying into the line that only these big consumers
can get a great piece of meat for christ sake.
Its out there somewhere.
Tried Dewar's aged stuff ,
The Circus's dry aged counter @ fresh pond
and even tired old Jack .Savinor's. All OK but none of the three stacked up for beef
and I have NO idea even where to start finding great lamb,
you know, the kind of lamb that tastes like it was grazing in an old leafy iron mine?
& then I thought
Why not send in the Hounds.....?
You guys know everything,
a whole bunch of it wrong ,
Its all yours
