Stopped by yesterday at this place I've had my eye on waiting for it to open. On Hwy 378 near Interstate 26 across from the Lexington Medical Center. I had been hoping to find a place to get a slice of pie. A good one. Much to my delight it is owned by the Za's people and I like their pie. I got a big slice for $4.68 total and picked fresh tomatoes, spinach and roasted garlic from the chalkboard as my topping on standard sauce and mozzarella. Fresh and tasty with a thin crisp crust. They don't have a brick oven at this place but they have sandwiches, wraps, salads, paninis, soup and a couple apps and lasagna and baked chicken parm. And they are... primarily pi. Specialty pies and create your own from a nice selection of suces and cheeses (even soy) and toppings.

I forgot to notice if they had alcohol and I forgot to notice their hours.
