Reasonably priced steakhouse in MD or DC?

My son loves to eat at the Chart House for special occasions (particularly enjoys steak + lobster tail and their molten chocolate cake). I would love to find an alternate location that's closer to home for us (DC or MD) and where the food is better -- Chart House is okay, quality-wise, but certainly not great. Any suggestions? I know there are tons of steak houses around, but we'd be looking for something in the not-too-stratospheric price range where the ambience is more casual than stuffy. Thanks!
