Prezza has one of my favorite all time appetizers back on the menu - their "Clam Chowder" - a bowl centered by a pile of creamy mashed potatoes, a light chowder, and topped with both fried clams and clams in the shell. A new appetizer this spring that I've had twice because it's so good is the fava bean arancini with lobster, mascarpone and lemon aioli. Other highlights of our last couple of meals have been the crispy zucchini flowers over polenta, the roasted oysters, the spring pea raviolini with ham and mascarpone, and the asparagus risotto with morelsand fontina. Portions are always so generous here, we've learned to split a few appetizers and forego an entree so we can actually fit dessert in. Oh and be sure to try their new strawberry rhubarb cocktail made with fresh muddled fruit. That's a good dessert too!
