Hello fellow Chow Hounds! I have half a bag of those amazingly good pretzel rolls from Costco that got a bit stale. I tossed them in the freezer, thinking I might used them to make a stuffing. Does anyone have any suggestions? In case anyone is not familiar, they have a very dense texture (like a soft pretzel). I am thinking that they may just need a bit more stock. I kind of thought maybe do a sausage stuffing with beer and mustard - but that theme might be off for TG, lol. But hmmmm... maybe to try some other time? Anyway, thanks for any input!
