I was in my local Asia Mart over the weekend looking at rice cookers and noticed they also have pressure rice cookers these days, something I hadn't seen before. These are free standing small electric appliances, not pressure cookers you put on the range. They seem to be priced around $200. I have made risotto in a pressure cooker and it is a great way to cook--indeed I like pressure cooking very much. So anyway, has anyone tried one of these things, and how did it work? Risotto and/or other pressure cooked things.
