Pressure Cooking and Alcohol

What happens to alcohol when use a pressure cooker? If I make a batch of chili with beer or if I braise lamb shanks in red wine I am confidant that most of the alcohol will evaporate over the 2 to 3 hours of cooking time. But if I make the same dishes in a pressure cooker where only the smallest amount of steam escapes what happens to the alcohol then?
