I've had a delicious salad at City Bakery several times which uses jasmine rice, preserved Asian beans, and thai basil. The beans are sweet and tasty--some small and black, others red, and still others pink and pinto-like. Does anyone know where I can get these (in NYC) and how one cooks/uses them?
