Presentation Ideas for Christmas Dinner Pot Roast

mmgoose | Dec 5, 201610:03 AM     2

For the past few years, I've taken full responsibility for choosing and cooking the Christmas menu at my in-laws' home. This year, I'm making a ginger-garlic-beer (pseudo sauerbraten style) beef roast. I like this tender to a point where slicing is not an option, so chunks or shredding are the only real options. I'm concerned that my in-laws will consider this presentation not holiday worthy. Does anyone have a way to dress up this delicious, but monotone mess of beef and gravy?

If it helps, the sides are crashed hot potatoes, caramelized shallots, sauteed green beans and corn bread muffins.
