New York State (exc. NYC) Ramps Hudson Valley

Have you seen any dishes with ramps recently? Thinking about where to go for date night next weekend. I'm looking for a place in the Mid-Hudson Valley. Thanks!

We had a wonderful French meal recently at Bernard's in Ridgefield that was loaded with ramps, fiddleheads and morels. It was a delightful seasonal experience. They have a more casual section upstairs called: Sarah's Wine Bar that offers a bistro style menu...might have to try their decadent sounding 'back truffles and assorted eggs' next time.
