Prep Bowl - Heavy Gauge

Most of my various SS bowls for prep consist of old USA made based mixing bowls from various odds and ends, and old Rosle German made bowls.

Does anyone these days make nice heavy weight SS bowls of various rounded size capacities. Just got my order in from -amazon-....and even after thinking this was going to be of decent caliber, it's so lightweight, it feels like aluminum coated SS. The bottom is not flat, but has a slight cone to it. I can literally pop it into the opposite direction if I wanted to
