I think Prezza's wood-grilled steaks and chops are among the things that make it stand out among North End places.
But which of their steaks do you prefer? There's an Angus sirloin with mashed and asparagus ($42), and a bone-in tenderloin with truffled tater tots and spinach ($46). I normally shun the overly-lean tenderloin cut, thinking sirloins are much more flavorful, but I also love bone-in cuts, which might help the tenderloin a bit. Thoughts?
